Green Blue Yoga T&C

We understand that it isn't always possible to keep our intentions, but to keep it fair for all students and teachers, we have a strict booking and cancellation policy in place. Please note that we do not make any exceptions to this policy.

Student responsibility

  • It is the student's responsibility to inform the teacher of any relevant health conditions prior to taking the class (don't hesitate to text, call or email to keep this information confidential as it may be difficult to find privacy at the time of the class).

  • Students with specific medical conditions must consult with their GP before partaking to a class.

  • Students must take responsibility for their own health at all time and understand that they should exert mindful caution when practicing yoga or any other activity.

Outdoor class guidelines

  • This is Ireland... If we wait for 20°C sunshine, we may never get out!   Yoga classes will run in all but terrible weather and the pace of the class will adapt to keep us warm and comfortable in all conditions. In Derrynane on windy or wet days, we will take the practice to the shelter of the woods.

  • Bring your own mat or large towel to practice on. Bring plenty of comfortable layers, including a waterproof top/jacket.

  • All classes will be suitable for all levels, from absolute beginners to experienced yogis. Outdoors classes will focus on mindfulness meditation and practical movement range.

SUP yoga class guidelines

  • SUP yoga is suitable for complete beginners in yoga and paddle board, but you must be able to swim. Do not book a SUP yoga class if you cannot swim.

  • Being on the water, warmer weather and calm wind are required for the class to be enjoyable. Classes may be cancelled and rescheduled or refunded with at least 1h notice if weather conditions are not suitable.

Bookings

  • Minimum numbers apply for group sessions, so a class must be booked by 8pm the evening before or it may be cancelled.

  • During Covid19 restrictions, classes numbers are limited so pre-paid bookings take priority.

Drop-in

  • Drop-in is still an option if you cannot commit to book, you may come to the venue without notice (Derrynane House carpark for outdoor or Seasports for SUP) 10-15min before class time.

  • Full payment apply if spaces are available.

  • Class may be fully booked or cancelled

Cancellation by client:

  • Cancellations given with 48 hour notice:                         100% refund

  • Cancellations between 24 and 48h:                                 50% refund

  • No show or cancelling less than 24h before a class:       no refund

Cancellation by studio:

Green Blue Yoga reserves the right to cancel classes:

- If a class has less than 3 students registered 24h prior to the start time.

- if the weather conditions do not allow for outdoor practice at the latest 1h before start time.

In both cases, client pre-payment will be 100% refunded.

Private Class booking and cancellation :
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for private classes:

  • 30€ deposit required to confirm booking, remaining payment by cash or card on the day.

  • Cancellation or rescheduling of a private class prior to 24-hours before the appointment, deposit will be 100% refunded or kept on your account per your wishes (to be used within 30days).

  • Deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation within 24h of the appointed time.

  • If the student is late for a private class, the class will still end at the scheduled time.
